What the Coverage Includes

Rioned products with a 24-month warranty are subject to the condition that the machine is serviced within the first year or after 250 working hours by an approved Rioned technician or service centre. You can pre-book your first service when purchasing a machine. For more details, please contact your Rioned sales office.

Warranty Conditions

Experience peace of mind with Rioned's 2-Year Warranty. By following the user manual and maintaining your machine as recommended, you're covered for up to 24 months.

The Engine

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, premature wear, and faulty components. Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or use of incorrect fuel/oil is not covered.

High-Pressure Pump

Covers defects in materials and workmanship, including internal seals, valves, and bearings. Excludes damage resulting from running dry, frozen water or improper winterisation

Frame

Structural integrity of the frame, including welds and corrosion resistance, is covered. Warranty excludes damage caused by impact, overloading, or modifications.

Hose Reels

Covers defects in bearings, swivels, and structural components. Normal wear and tear, such as hose degradation, is not covered.

Control Boxes and Wiring

Electrical faults, manufacturing defects, and component failures are covered. Damage from unauthorised modifications, or incorrect installation is excluded.

Water Tanks

Covers structural integrity, including leaks due to manufacturing defects. Excludes damage caused by improper securing, impact damage, or freezing.

Safety System

Covers malfunctions of safety mechanisms such as pressure relief valves, emergency stops, and cut-off switches. Tampering with or bypassing safety features voids the warranty.

Hydraulic System

Covers leaks, faulty components, and system failures due to manufacturer defects. Excludes damage caused by contamination, improper fluid use, or lack of maintenance.

Remote Control Unit

Covers defects including signal transmission failures, button malfunctions, and receiver faults. Warranty is void if the unit is opened, modified, or used with non-approved accessories.
